   Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong items).
3. Return Processing

   We will process returns within 7 business days after receiving the returned items.
   Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
   Defective, damaged, or wrong items: Return shipping is free (covered by us).
   Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
   Clearance items, customized products, and used/opened trash bags are not eligible for return.
